RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Please email us at shop@generationiron.com or call 1-646-524-6655. Make sure that you have the following information:
1. Order number
2. Your name and address, including post code
3. Contact telephone number
4. Email address
5. Reason for return (Wrong item shipped, Defective item)
For processing purposes, we require an exchange fee of $3.98. This fee applies ONLY to exchanges (i.e. request for a different size or color). You may write a check out to Generation Iron for this amount (we also accept credit card).
A representative from GI will assist you on the return policy. We will not refund any item(s) unless authorized through (shop@generationiron.com). Once approved, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition. Re-sellable condition means that the item is in its original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with original labels.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-sellable condition. We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received by us. Following receipt by GI, it may take up to seven working days to credit the purchaser's account.
